CPH Leadership of Excellence Grant

***Donations made to CPH will be applied to the CPH Leadership and Excellence Grant***

This Grant will be offered to 1 CPH player in fall of 2024 to financially-assist in the payments for players' financial dues to the club they play for. This CPH student-athlete selected for the Grant will be awarded to a player on CPH U18 Selects who displayed leadership on and off the ice as well as in the classroom.

Requirements to be met by the CPH student-athlete must be met and are listed below:

• Must have a 3.5 GPA+ in high school at time of grant offered and awarded.

• Actively serve their community as a student-coach in their local hockey program.
